By using cord4.com or any service we link to from here, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Paid engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) — these Terms do not override those.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site for commercial reuse;
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without a written invitation (see our responsible disclosure policy);
• Introduce malware, spam, or automated traffic that degrades the service;
• Impersonate Cord4 staff or misrepresent an affiliation with us.

All content on cord4.com — including copy, case studies, product names (Cord4, Ecomsellertool, Seller7, Teamgrid, Brandgrid, Grow8, Basegrid, Ecomglobal), logos, diagrams and source code examples — is owned by Cord4 Technologies or used under license. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back; everything else requires written permission.

Anything you send us (messages via the contact form, job applications, emails) you confirm is yours to share and not subject to third-party confidentiality you haven't told us about.

We link to external products, frontier AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) and partners. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The site and the informational content on it are provided “as is”. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that every figure, benchmark or blog post is free of error. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cord4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — or any loss of profits or revenues — arising from your use of the site. Paid engagement liability caps are set in the relevant MSA/SOW.

You agree to defend and indemnify Cord4 against any claim arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe it's being used in breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — content, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. For clients elsewhere, governing law in the signed MSA takes precedence for paid engagements.
